BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS WITH YOUR HOME AS THE BACKDROP

Your home - it’s where you spend time every day, where you put your little ones to bed at night, where the children tried their first foods as babies, where the tooth fairy visits and where so many other memories are made. Being able to look back on photographs of your babies set in the home you raised them in is just a different level of special. When I pull out old photos from my childhood, I love that there are little snippets of the furniture I grew up with (brown flowery velvet sofas, anyone?!) and your children will be no different.

  • MY APPROACH

    My hope is that you and your family will finish your session having enjoyed spending time together with absolutely no agenda other than having fun. We’ll take our time and I’ll give you gentle direction and guidance so that together we can create images that you can treasure. Play, laughter and love are the order of the day and in between energy-filled moments I’ll also capture the more intimate moments of love and connection.

  • LIGHTING

    Light and love are the two key ingredients in great photography (in my opinion). I will search for those little pockets of light in your home which will add that glow to your photos. You don’t need fancy floor-to-ceiling windows or walls painted a particular colour; the beauty of these sessions is that they are all absolutely unique to you and your family. My job is to find the spaces in your home that are going to work best, gently guide you into place, help you relax into the session and then capture those special moments.

  • GETTING YOUR HOME READY

    I get it; family homes very rarely look like show homes. There are toys, high chairs, abandoned craft projects and random single socks. You don’t need to tidy every area ready for your shoot - we will have a chat beforehand about whether you have any particular areas you’d like to use and I’ll probably ask you to send me some photos of your home to have a look at the light in the rooms and I’ll then give you some tips on how to get ready but absolutely nothing stressful!

All sessions include:

  • A welcome guide to help you get ready.

  • Access to my client wardrobe - a carefully curated selection of clothes for mums

  • A fully edited gallery of 50+ images.

  • 10 images to download from your gallery and keep forever, with the option to upgrade if you would like more images and/or printed products.

Maternity / milestone / family in-home session cost: £300 weekday / £350 weekend

Newborn in-home session cost: £350 weekday / £400 weekend

Your booking is secured with a £100 deposit, with the remainder of the session cost due the day before your session.

Travel is included up to 15 minutes/10 miles from Salisbury city centre. Beyond this, travel costs will apply; please enquire for more details.
