Sitter
Sitter sessions are held between around 6 and 8 months, when your baby can sit up independently but isn’t yet walking or crawling; it’s a gorgeous “in between” stage of first teeth, throaty giggles and squishy cuddles and these sessions capture a phase of baby’s life that passes oh so quickly. It’s easy to skip this stage and wait for baby’s first birthday but, trust me, it’s SO worth bringing baby back for a sitter session! These sessions can be booked as a whole family session, including photos of both parents and also of baby’s siblings or they can be booked as a “mama and me” session just for mum and baby which is a beautiful way to slow down and take time out to celebrate your motherhood in this wonderful stage.
First birthday
First birthday sessions are a perfect way to celebrate your little one’s first trip around the sun; balloons, badges and birthday crowns are always welcome!
NEW FOR 2026: I am building a select collection of beautiful velvet ribbon chains which I make myself and can hang in the background of a birthday session if you’d like, OR for a small upgrade fee I will make a chain in custom colours which you can take home with you afterwards.

MY APPROACH
My hope is that your shoot will feel like visiting a friend, in fact many of my clients come from word of mouth after people have enjoyed their session and recommended me to people they know and most people return for older baby sessions after their newborn shoot. We’ll take our time, chat about anything and everything and all the while, I’ll give you gentle direction and guidance so that together we can create images that you can treasure. Older siblings are always welcome to come along too.

STYLING
I have a carefully curated client wardrobe of items you can borrow to wear for your shoot if you would like; not only does this help to reduce the cost for you but my pieces are tried and tested and sure to make you look and feel wonderful. I also have a selection of simple clothes that baby can wear; of course you can bring along a special outfit for them to wear as well if you’d like and we can absolutely fit in a few outfit changes during the session.

GETTING MUMS IN THE PHOTO
These sessions are a great way for mamas to get in the photos. Check through your phone - how many photos of you and your baby are selfies and how many have been taken by someone else? I can almost guarantee the majority will be selfies! Let’s book you in and photograph you and your little one together in this oh-so-fleeting moment of your motherhood.

Session cost:
“Mama and me” studio shoot just for mum and baby at “sitter” stage : £170
Studio shoot including one or both parents & baby’s siblings : £280
Your booking is secured with a £100 deposit, with the remainder of the session cost due the day before your session.
