My hope is that your shoot will feel like visiting a friend, in fact many of my clients come from word of mouth after people have enjoyed their session and recommended me to people they know and most people return for older baby sessions after their newborn shoot. We’ll take our time, chat about anything and everything and all the while, I’ll give you gentle direction and guidance so that together we can create images that you can treasure. Older siblings are always welcome to come along too.

I have a carefully curated client wardrobe of items you can borrow to wear for your shoot if you would like; not only does this help to reduce the cost for you but my pieces are tried and tested and sure to make you look and feel wonderful. I also have a selection of simple clothes that baby can wear; of course you can bring along a special outfit for them to wear as well if you’d like and we can absolutely fit in a few outfit changes during the session.

My studio is warm, cosy and welcoming. The large window gives just the right amount of beautifully soft light to highlight your baby’s gorgeous details and to flatter mums and dads. There’s parking outside, the kettle will always have just boiled and there’s a comfy spot for you to relax and chat.

If you’d prefer, you can book in for an outdoor milestone shoot. These sessions take place at “golden hour”, the hour before sunset when the light is at its softest and most flattering. I use a number of tried-and-tested locations which offer beautiful lighting and backdrops and you can choose from the beach, the New Forest, the woods or the countryside.
